Selecting a specific problem-related category, the user will get a questionnaire to fill out and submit. 


For general problem after submitting this questionnaire user will be presented with a list of professional counselors to view and select one to fix appointment based on their calendar availability. 


But for red-flagged problem-related categories, after submission of the questionnaire, there will be an option to "Speak To An Expert" which will send the questionnaire and user's details to the administrator (Ihu). 


This way administrator will speak to that user and recommend them a link of selected professionals to book an appointment online and meet. 


During the online appointment booking users will be presented with "Get Subsidy" option if they want to get it but for that
